Recruiter - Medical coding

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for medical coding positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
• Onboard new hires by providing training on company policies, procedures, and software systems.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in medical recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of medical coding principles and industry standards (e.g., ICD-10).
• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate interaction during the interview process.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
