Operations Executive || Hybrid - Ambition box

Job Objective: Objective of this role is to conduct quality checks on the information being posted on ambition box portal and take necessary action as per the defined guidelines.

Job Description:

• Carry out QC and update information on the website
• Moderate content and maintain overall hygiene of the website
• Add information on the website and proofread content
• Look after the administrative work in the team
• Collaborate with teams to maintain content quality and ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions
