Title: D365 Business Central QA

Desired Experience: 2-4 years

Required Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Dynamics 365 Business Central application.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and troubleshoot defects.
• Participate in requirements gathering and provide input on quality-related aspects of the project.
• Ensure compliance with QA processes and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare and present testing reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during the implementation phase.
• Stay updated with Dynamics 365 BC features and functionalities and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements and Skills

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central & preferably NAV 2016 applications.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Coded UI).
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other project management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
