Required Educational Qualification: Any graduate/Post graduate

Desired Experience: 0-2 years

Job Objective: Objective of this role is to assist the job seekers in their job search process by understanding their profile in detail and publishing the same on our platform.

Job Description:

• Creating the profiles for the job seekers within TAT and keeping their profiles upto date for better job opportunities
• Coordinating with internal departments/teams/branches to assist the job seekers
• Working on the online systems and applications to create the profile
• Maintaining the quality standards and resolving escalations within norms

Required Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of recruitment - roles and skills in various industries to have a better understanding about the profiles
• Candidates having exposure in MS Office and the Internet would be given preference
