Working Days : Mon- Fri (2 Saturdays working)
Work Timings : 09:30am - 06:30pm


Job Role : This position will be responsible for directing organic content / traffic to ensure taxonomy and correct classification / category management to ensure excellent work-flow and customer experience.


Designation : Senior Executive - Company Moderation



Key Responsibilities :

• To deliver on operational excellence and process efficiency for acquisition of fresh jobs organically.
• Contributing to an overall traffic and registrations of iimjobs.com and hirist.com by improving the quantum, quality & freshness of jobs acquired.
• Ensuring process optimization and right classification according to job roles and families to build accurate database of the companies.
• Shortlist relevant jobs from the companies to ensure customer satisfaction and content relevance on the job board with exceptional accuracy.
• Segregate and classify the active jobs for iimjobs and hirist with clear segmentation and classification.
• Push the companies and jobs to the relevant team for conversion and premier applicant database from Tier 1 institutes
• Building and maintaining the database of the companies with very high collaboration from the business leadership to create sustainable growth model and client customization.
