Job Objective: The objective of this role is to be part of the Client Servicing Team & provide Sales support.

Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Client Servicing:

Manage the sales order booking process, ensuring timely and accurate entries.

Handle payment postings and reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.

Campaign Management:

Oversee campaign activation, coordinating with internal teams for smooth launches.

Monitor and optimize live campaigns to enhance performance and meet KPIs.

Prepare comprehensive campaign reports, analyzing data for future improvements.

Client Engagement:

Maintain regular client interaction, both online and in-person, to address inquiries and build relationships.

Document client interactions, trends, and feedback to assist in data-driven decisions.

Data & Record Keeping:

Maintain organized records and reports, tracking performance trends and campaign outcomes.

Tools & Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel (with skills in basic formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP for efficient data handling).
