We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive recruiter with exceptional documentation and technical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge about end-to-end recruitment processes, creating comprehensive documentation, and utilizing technical tools to streamline hiring workflows.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying top talent while ensuring accurate and professional documentation to support hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Source, screen, and assess candidate's roles allocated by directly calling and with Walkin Drives in office.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.

• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Create job descriptions, interview guides, and candidate evaluation templates.
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics to measure process effectiveness.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools and platforms to find top talent.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technical skills in demand.

• Process Optimization:
• Develop and document standardized recruitment workflows and procedures.
• Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Recruiting skills, including proficiency in ATS along with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with technical tools and platforms used for recruitment and candidate evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
