Job Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, maintaining a positive and proactive relationship.
• Understand the clients digital marketing requirement, challenges, and industry landscape to tailor marketing strategies and digital solutions.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress, campaign performance, and industry insights.
• Ensure clients' expectations are met or exceeded, offering strategic advice and recommendations where applicable.
• Post sales operations
• Good understanding and hand on experience of campaign management
• Continuous relationship with creative & content team for deliverable
• Understanding the client's requirements & providing best quality services.
