Title: Team Leader-Directsales Desired Experience: 5 years in direct sales & min 2 years preferably in team handling Required Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field Key Responsibilities:  Lead, mentor and supervise a team of 8-10 sales callers to achieve individual and team sales targets  Monitor team performance, analyze key metrics and publish regular performance reports  Give regular feedback to team to improve product knowledge, sales techniques and customer handling skills  Motivate and encourage team members to maintain high energy levels and focus on achieving targets  Handle escalations and assist team members in resolving customer objections effectively  Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team productivity Required Skills & Qualifications:  Graduate with 5 years of experience in direct sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role  Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets  Strong leadership and people management skills  Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills  Ability to motivate and drive a sales team  Ability to analyze data and can pull inferenc
