**Job Summary:**
As a UX Researcher at Info Edge India Ltd, you will play a critical role in understanding our users’ needs and behaviors. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform our design process, ensuring that our products not only meet business objectives but also deliver exceptional user experiences. Your insights will guide the design and development of user-centered solutions across our platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies to gather insights into user behavior and needs.
- Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, trends, and user pain points.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define research objectives and develop user personas and journey maps.
- Present research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to enhance product features and usability.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in collaboration with the design team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve research methodologies and outcomes.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX research methodologies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Google Analytics, and other UX research tools.
- Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey research findings to varied audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving user experiences.
