As a Head of Brand, you will lead the development and execution of the Brand strategy, Driving awareness, Customer consideration, and Business growth. The role encompasses Brand building, Product launches, Communication Crafting, PR, Media strategy, and Campaign execution across TV, print, and Digital Platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Lead and manage end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market plans and promotions.
- Plan media mix strategies, including channel selection for TV and print campaigns.
- Drive impactful marketing campaigns and collaborate with the agencies.
- Organize and execute offline activations and customer events.
- Utilize market research to inform strategies and measure success.
- Oversee PR activities and partnerships to maintain a positive brand image.
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver brand and performance marketing objectives.
Qualifications / Experience :
- The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience with his Management Degree from a Tier 1 college.
- Prior experience in brand management, product launches, and media strategy is required for this role.
- Proven track record in FMCG, FMCD, or consumer-facing industries.
- Strong research skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Team management experience; B2B experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in campaign development and storytelling.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
