Job Description
- Customers query and compliant handling, giving appropriate solution to customer in best possible ways.
- To build knowledge-based relationship with customers and understand nitty-gritty of clients.
- Omni-channel support- Ability to handle multiple channels like E-Mail, NPS, Inbound, Follow-up, Escalations etc.
- Identifying Process Gaps and find a way to resolve them.
- This role is business dynamic.
- Provide exceptional and premium customer service.
- Providing effective service to customers by being efficient, knowledgeable, and consistent
- Delivering excellent results that are measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
- Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction by delivering against initiatives that have been identified as crucial.
- Ownership to manage individual process matrix including SL, AL, AHT, Quality, Productivity, C-Sat, ART, FRT, RT and traffic management.
- Coordinate with other department’s to fix customer’s issue.
