Job Description:

• Would be responsible for regional client Service Delivery as mentioned below  

1. Recruitment support: Responsible for supporting the clients with the market data of the suitable candidates, defining assessment strategies and effective candidate interview coordination for the entry-level hires.
2. Campus Hiring- Partner with client’s recruitment teams to manage and facilitate their on campus hiring.
3. Product Adoption: Ensure a seamless adoption of our First Naukri recruitment platform to the customer by ensuring continuous support and services.
4. Be a customer advocate - Ensuring successful and ongoing delivery of the online platform to the customer through seamless support and services.
5. Reporting- Real time reporting on various database tools and software is including CRM, data sheets and general MS tools.

• Should demonstrate strong leadership skills and team handling skills.
• Should be able to attract, develop and retain high-performing team members.
• Build strong and successful relationships with current and potential customers.
• Manage clients from initial engagement to campaign completion to re-engagement.

Requirement:

• Any Graduate + MBA with min 5 -8 Years of relevant experience.
• Experience/Knowledge in either HR, Recruitment Tech or Recruitment Functions, Online Assessments would be added advantage.
• Experience of Team handling would be added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
• Knowledge of MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Should be comfortable for travelling anywhere in West at least 3-4 times in a month
• High impact communicator including ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations.
• Understanding of internet industry will be a plus though not mandatory.
