Business Development - Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial services products to existing clients.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

• Maintain excellent relationship with existing customers to ensure timely payment collections and business growth and generating referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate from any stream with 1-6 years of experience in sales & marketing or related field (accounting & financial services preferred).
  
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, conversion, and relationship management.
  
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a team towards achieving targets.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
