Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
● Venue Onboarding: Actively identify and onboard new venues across various cities and towns in Rajasthan. Your goal will be to expand our network of venues for our platform.
● Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with venue owners, managers, and vendors. Ensure high levels of satisfaction and support throughout the partnership.
● Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with venue owners and vendors to secure the best possible terms and agreements.
● Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities, expand our presence, and increase the number of onboarded venues.
● Travel & Fieldwork: This is a high-travel job. You will be expected to travel across Rajasthan to visit venues, meet stakeholders, and ensure smooth operations.
● Reporting & Coordination: Maintain detailed records of venue acquisitions, leads, and negotiations. Provide regular reports to management regarding progress and challenges.
● Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent communication and relationship management with all venues, addressing issues and concerns promptly.

Experience: 1-2 years in business development, sales, or related fields (Experience in venue onboarding, vendor management, or hospitality is a plus).

Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Rajasthan. Must be flexible with working hours and days.
Own Transport: Must have a personal bike for travel. (Reimbursement for travel expenses will be provided as per company policy).
Proactive Attitude: Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a keen interest in sales and business development.
