Assistant Manager - Finance

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a "Assistant Manager - Finance" located in Bengaluru (HSR Layout). You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing financial transactions, preparing and analysing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

• Prior experience in Accounting with Tally
• Accurately & effectively make payments post approvals.
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors for financial inquiries and with bankers for bank-related work.
• Verifying & processing purchase & expense invoices & ensuring timely payment to vendors along with compliance with statutory laws like GST & TDS.
• Vendor onboarding & management.
• Generate sales invoices & send it to the customers.
• Prepare schedules with respect to payments, expenses, receipts etc.
• Assistance to Senior Manager for preparing adhoc reports & reconciliations.
• Prepare BRS & other reconciliations as required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently & effectively.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's / masters degree in accounting, finance.

Required Experience: 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in startups
