Job Description
Support Hours:

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, including custom workflows, rules, rule libraries, and connectors.
- Implement and customize certification campaigns, identity lifecycle events, and access request processes.
- Application onboarding using existing application connectors, Custom Connectors and Hybrid connectors.
- Build integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, Workday, and other identity data sources.
- Experience with Single-Sign On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), AuthN, FIDO2.
- Develop and maintain custom APIs and plugins for IdentityNow functionality.
- Analyze and optimize SailPoint IdentityNow configurations and performance.
- Debug and resolve complex system issues and implement enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and application owners, to understand requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
Required:
- Deep understanding of IdentityNow architecture, provisioning workflows, rules, rule libraries, and custom connector development.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL for developing and extending SailPoint capabilities.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including access provisioning, governance, SOD (Segregation of Duties), and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
- Experience integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with enterprise applications, databases, and directories (e. g. , AD, LDAP, ServiceNow, SAP).
- Proven ability to debug complex SailPoint issues, optimize performance, and enhance functionalities.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and tools for SailPoint deployments.
- SailPoint certifications (e. g. , SailPoint IdentityNow Certified Engineer).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently on complex IAM projects.
