Job Description
Title : Senior Information Security Engineer (IAM / IAG)
Job description
What you ll do:
Maintain and update technology and platform solutions in Identity and Access Management space that addresses business and technical requirements, leveraging standard principles and patterns. Focused on maintaining, and updating Identity and Access Management systems with a targeted focus on support of all IAM applications: Active Directory, CyberArk, Privileged Access Management, User and Groups Access.
1. Investigates, analyzes, diagnoses, recovers and monitors various technology applications/platform-related Incidents, performs Root Cause Analysis and executes the standard Problem Management process.
2. Managing incidents, problems, and changes within the IAM infrastructure through Service Now ticketing tool.
3. Interacts with other IT support teams to collaborate on issue resolution and to escalate when appropriate. Identifies gaps in monitoring and potential impact on service delivery.
4. Works with resources across functions to deliver technology and platform solutions to meet customer requirements, providing solution options and highlighting operational or security risks.
5. Documenting and updating IAM processes and operating procedures.
6. Coordinates and regularly updates technology, platform, and documentation to ensure operational health and security
7. Support access provisioning and certification processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Skills:
Experience in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies. Experience/exposure with support of all IAM applications/processes: Active Directory, CyberArk, Privileged Access Management, Provisioning/De-provisioning of Access
Nice To Have Experience in:
Exposure to AWS Cloud Environment
Powershell Scripts
ITIL certification or knowledge of best practices
Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Excellent proficiency with the English language (written and verbal)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
