Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled System Engineer with a background in applications and technical knowledge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and providing application support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify technical solutions
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement technical solutions to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and systems
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a system analyst/engineer or in a similar role, preferably with technical expertise
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of any ticketing tool will be valuable add.
