Job Description
- Creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that software products are of high quality and meet business requirements
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects and issues found during testing
- Collaborating with developers to reproduce and debug defects and issues
- Participating in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) from design to deployment and maintenance
- Developing and implementing automated test scripts using test automation tools
- Creating and maintaining test data and test environments
- Conducting performance testing, load testing, and stress testing to identify software product limitations
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback on testability and code quality
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to develop test plans and strategies
- Proficient in software testing methodologies, tools, and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
