Senior Staff Specialist - Product Owner Digital Asset Management

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to lead and maximize the value of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) product built on the Adobe Experience Manager(AEM).

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Be accountable for maximizing the value of the DAM product (Digital Assets Management) from AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) resulting from the work of the Scrum Team
• Provides clarity to the team about a product s vision and goal
• All work is derived and prioritized based on the product goal in order to deliver value to all stakeholders including those within their organization and all users both inside and out
• Identifies, measures and maximizes value throughout the entire products lifecycle
• Is accountable for effective Product Backlog management
• Develops and communicates the product goal in the closer context of the Digital Information Experience including PIM and the wider context of the digital marketing ecosystem
• Ensures that the product backlog is transparent, visible and understood
• Represents the DAM product in a global context within the entire organization in order to get the support they need for the decisions they make
• Represent the needs of many stakeholders in the product backlog
• Requests and receives feedback from customers on the product

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you:

• Have 5+ years of related work experience in setting up, launching and developing a Digital Asset Management System within a large organization - ideally Adobe Experience Manager Assets DAM
• Are experienced in driving digital transformation across teams and thinking out of the box considering the products of the full ecosystem
• Have led and finished projects with considerable risk and impact successfully - ideally in and agile setup
• Solve complex problems by teaming up with stakeholders and development
• Exercise judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Identify and manage changes on cross-divisional level and adapt products approach if necessary
• Continuously focus on project quality, assess progress and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges
