Project Manager Methodology Development

10+ year of Project Management Experience managing projects of medium tohigh complexity.
Solid project management knowledge in terms of project initiation,planning and closing including reporting and documentation.
In your new role you will: Plan, organize, and control the project/ sub-projects with highcomplexity, risk, impact and reach.
Manage a project team with members from multi divisions, functionalgroups.
Manage and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-overto sustaining function.
Organize the activities and resources needed for the project to ensuretimely release of each milestone.
Fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and forthe successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, costand budget).
Be the key communication interface (for project related matters),between Infineon Divisions (e g Business lines, Central Functionse gIT ).
Form and lead the project team and assigns responsibilities with inproject to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Team Members.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: 10+ year of Project Management Experience managing projects of medium tohigh complexity.
Masters / Bachelor of Engineering with majors in Electronics(preferred), Computers.
Project Management Certification, preferred.
Solid project management knowledge in terms of project initiation,planning and closing including reporting and documentation.
Good knowledge of semiconductor domain.
Good communication skills.
Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation andsolution finding.
Capability to lead the team to solve the standard problem (using 8D,FMEA, etc).
