In your new role you will:
- Plan, organize, and control the project/ sub-projects with highcomplexity, risk, impact and reach.
- Manage a project team with members from multi divisions, functionalgroups
- Manage and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-overto sustaining function
- Organize the activities and resources needed for the project to ensuretimely release of each milestone
- Fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and forthe successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, costand budget)
- Be the key communication interface (for project related matters),between Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functionse.g.IT )
- Form and lead the project team and assigns responsibilities with inproject to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Team Members.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 10+ year of Project Management Experience managing projects of medium tohigh complexity
- Masters / Bachelor of Engineering with majors in Electronics(preferred), Computers
- Project Management Certification, preferred.
- Solid project management knowledge in terms of project initiation,planning and closing including reporting and documentation
- Good knowledge of semiconductor domain
- Good communication skills.
- Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation andsolution finding.
- Capability to lead the team to solve the standard problem (using 8D,FMEA, etc)
