Warehouse/Supply Chain Manager - Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain network.
  
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while meeting customer demand.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  
• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supply chain role, with progressive responsibilities.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and procedures.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
