As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales strategies and. achieving revenue targets across multiple regions.
Your responsibilities include, but are not Limited To.
Business Development & Client Engagement:.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
-Conduct outreach to potential customers, transforming leads into long-term business partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Sales Pipeline & Lead Management.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Work closely with the Operation team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement - Develop and implement plans to achieve and surpass sales targets on a monthly,quarterly, and annual basis.
Qualifications & Requirements.
- Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a strong preference for B2B sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Location : Hybrid Working / Work From Home (WFH).
