Sales Manager
Core Responsibilities:
- Cold call leads generated through different channels to qualify, convert leads.
- Identify new opportunities, evaluate quality of leads flow and develop data driven intelligence on leads.
- Effectively partner and work with the on ground operations team.
- Work closely with other teams like marketing to develop weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Schedule appointments and property visits for closing clients.
- Generate referrals from existing clients and up-sell, cross sell where feasible.
- Grow Le Roma Channel Partner tie ups and generate regular business from them.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Streamline the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement CRM systems and tools to track sales activities and performance.
- Develop sales enablement materials and resources.
Requirements:
- Proven business development success through effective use of sales tools.
- Capability of understanding client preferences, requirements and correlating potential business that can be generated.
- Strong and professional English communication skills - written, verbal, presentation.
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently.
- Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
- Able to act without being told what to do.
- Brings new ideas to the company.
- Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead.
- Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality industry would be preferred.
