Role Overview: The Structural Engineer will play a critical role in overseeing the fabrication, erection, and inspection of structural components at the project site. This includes managing technological and modular structures, ensuring compliance with organizational safety and quality standards, and coordinating with clients for certifications and reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
Supervision and management of structural works, including: Pipe racks, technological structures, modular structures Columns, trusses, platforms, ladders, staircases, and handrails Equipment platforms, pipe supports, cable racks, crane gantry girders, and monorails Dress-up of columns and vessels Proficiency in reading structural drawings and understanding material specifications. Preparing material look-ahead plans, resource planning, and ensuring optimum productivity. Certification, reconciliation of scope, measurements, and materials with clients. Adhering to and promoting organizational safety and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Must hold a B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering . B.E/B.Tech : Minimum 15 years in fabrication, erection, and inspection of structural works. Diploma : Minimum 17-18 years in the same field. Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings and materials. Proficient in structural work planning and execution.
