Business Planning And Strategy Manager

About the Role:

You will be part of Strategy team for Wealth management. You will work with the leadership team on design and deployment of both short-term and long-term strategic business objectives for Wealth Management and Para Banking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define solutions & strategy for given business problems based on internal and external data and market benchmarking (business problems could be in the nature of: new market entry / new product or segment launch / ramp up of existing business / productivity improvement)
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
• Supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials
• Identifying issues, developing hypotheses and communicating insights and recommendations to key decision makers
• Partner with different functions within the organization - sales, operations, human resources among others in deployment of the business initiatives identified.
• To analyze and give timely insights on performance for management review and discussion.
• To create performance dashboards and be able to support in providing analytics for business reviews.
• Align processes and systems of wealth businesses in line with regulations and lead internal and external audits.

The individual should be able to identify actionable insights, trends and drive the actionable with relevant stakeholders. While the ultimate objective will be to drive the productivity growth for the channel, input vector based structured approach will be need to bring in the desired change.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

• MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B-School

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Essential requirement: 6-8 years of total experience of which 2-4 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting or Planning roles consulting firms is a must. Preference will be given to candidates having exposure of Insurance business as a consultant/ strategy role in esteemed firms.
