Business Development Manager - Salem & Erode

Job Summary:

Individually acquire new to bank relationships for the bank through savings account, current accounts & wealth management products.

Job Description:

• Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA & other Banking products.
• Manage and sell Savings Account by conducting several marketing activities.
• Understand and analyse the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfil their requirements.
• Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Specific Requirements:

• Should be tech savvy and comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobiles
• Prior experience in Banking /Financial Services/Insurance/NBFC sector is a must

Desired Behavioural / Functional Traits:

• Should be young and energetic with passion for sales
• Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence

Education: Graduation is must

Work Experience : 1 - 5 Years preferably from financial industry background.
