Job Description

Positions : Deputy Branch Manager (DBM) / Relationship Manager (Select RM) / Key Account Manager (KAM) / Service Delivery Manager (SDM)


Walk-In date: 07th Mar'2025 (10:30 AM to 3:30 PM)


Interview Venue: IndusInd Bank Limited, # 1-10-72, 4th Floor, Ashoka Janardhan Chambers, Begumpet, Hyderabad 500 016.


Job Role :


Deputy Branch Manager (DBM):

  • Achieve set service delivery standards for the lobby evaluated through Customer satisfaction survey metrics
  • Meeting benchmark Mystery Shopping scores & branch Service score given by the PAQ service managers
  • Maintain lobby hygiene
    • Overall cleanliness of the lobby/customer area
    • Standard Look & Feel
    • Greeting norms in person/ over phone
    • Display of brochures/ RBI circulars as per requirement
    • Educating clients on NBD channels/new products & services
    • Dressing/grooming as per Banks laid down guidelines
  • Ensuring all complaints are resolved up to customer satisfaction within 3 days of lodgment by the CSE team
  • Welcome calling to be completed within 3 days TAT for the CSE team
  • Equal assignment of the WC interactions across all CSE
  • Cross-sell % to be at least at 30% on welcome calling by the CSE team
  • Ensuring high level of knowledge of processes and procedures is maintained for efficient and accurate handling of customer transactions.
  • Anticipating customer needs and offering tailored solutions thereby helping him stay ahead
  • Operations and Productivity

Relationship Manager (Select RM):

  • To acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping
  • To grow the liability base (CASAFD) of the bank by deepening relationships of premium mapped customer base
  • To sell asset, wealth & other products (bank and third party) with a view to enhance revenue per client
  • To service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products
  • To increase the bank and third party product holding of the mapped client
  • To meet / call mapped clients for client servicing needs and new products cross sell
  • To actively participate in driving campaigns conducted across liability and other products
  • Handle Branch Operations, branch audit and team

Key Accounts Manager (KAM):

  • To acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping
  • To grow the liability base (CASAFD) of the bank by deepening relationships of mapped customer base
  • To sell bank and third party products like LI, GI, Home Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans etc.
  • To service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products
  • To meet / call mapped clients for client servicing needs and new products cross sell
  • To actively participate in driving campaigns conducted across liability and other products
  • To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance

Service Delivery Manager (SDM):

  • To service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products
  • To sell asset, wealth & other products (bank and third party) with a view to enhance revenue per client
  • To acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping
  • To meet / call mapped clients for client servicing needs and new products cross sell


Eligibility Criteria :


  • Educational Qualification: Graduation and above
  • Experience: 3+ years experience into Banking sales, Customer Service, Preferably into portfolio management
  • Good interpersonal skills with a command on English and Local language
