Indusface - Product Manager (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitor offerings, and deeply understand user needs and pain points.

- Product Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute product roadmaps, define product vision, and set strategic priorities.

Feature Definition & Development:

- Collaborate on feature concepts and write detailed product briefs.

- Work closely with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

- Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Work with the marketing team to strategize and execute successful product launches and drive product adoption.

Product Performance & Iteration:

- Track key product metrics and analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement.

- Conduct A/B testing and run experiments to optimize product features and performance.

- Continuously iterate and improve products based on user feedback and market trends.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including designers, developers, marketing, sales, customer care, and leadership.

- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in product management for a SaaS-based product company.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.

- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Passion for building customer-centric products that solve real-world problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with product analytics tools (e. , Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

- Experience with design tools like Figma.

- A strong understanding of the Martech landscape
