Job Description :

We seek a highly motivated Associate Product Manager with over 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, preferably within the SaaS industry, and a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products that meet market needs and drive business growth.

Role & Responsibilities :

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Zopping's mission and business objectives.

- Define and communicate a clear product vision, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Analyze user feedback and data to inform product decisions and enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development from conception to launch.

- Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product features meet customer needs and business goals.

- Engage with external partners and customers to gather insights and foster relationships that enhance product offerings.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform future strategies.

- Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

- Over 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products that meet market needs.

- Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with market research and data analysis tools.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practice
