Call center Backend support

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle backend support tasks for the call center team.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and databases using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
• Coordinate with the front-end team for smooth operations.
• Generate reports and insights for process improvement.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Communicate effectively in Telugu and English for coordination with internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented Call Centre Backend Support Executive with strong

Advanced Excel skills to manage backend operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in handling data, reports, and coordination tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in call centre operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of data management tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
