Compliance Executive

Reports To

The executive will report to Assistant Manager/Manager.

Job Overview

Understand compliance guidelines, policy & procedures, provide resolution to emails within guidelines, P & P. Understanding genealogy, compensation plan, validate eligibility criterias.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the mission, vision & values of the company.
• Resolve queries over email & call within compliance guidelines, P & P
• Effective communication, multi-lingual, interpersonal & presenting skills.
• Use product knowledge to highlight the solutions that our company can offer to distributors.
• Ensure follow-up & completion of tasks.
• Assist & support other departments.
• Possess strong problem solving, logical & analytical thinking.
• Function as an effective team member while supporting the efforts & concepts of all departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream, Undergraduate with relevant experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience.
• Experience in direct selling will be an added advantage.
• Experience in MS Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, lookup, advance functions, Pivot table & charts)

Requirement:

Multilingual & multi-tasking capability is desired
