Executive - Logistics support

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the resolution of tickets raised for logistics (Product delivery related issues).

Keep track of the tickets raised, resolve them and close the tickets in system within defined SLA

Coordinate with different branches for dispatch and delivery of the products.

Coordinate with Courier agency to close-loop the not delivered and in-transit cases for the fast resolution of the tickets raised.

Identify areas of concern at branches and courier agency and escalate to the team concerned.

Preferred candidate profile

2-3 years of experience, preferably in customer support/ backend role in BPO/ Logistics company. Should have experience in inter departmental coordination /external agencies .
