Key skills for the job
Managing all the processes of payments and expenditures, including
payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. that are received
over the emails.
Accountable for end-to-end process delivery and smooth operations,
ensuring timely delivery of SLA and TAT with adherence to standard
SOP & controls. Ensure all types of AP invoices, claims and PO
requests are processed, exceptions are managed, quality checks are
performed on time and accurately by the team to strengthen the
process health.
Responsible for Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Process review with a
team to track Progress on Operation, Compliance and Continues
improvement.
Cross-trained team members to enhance their accounts payable (AP)
skills, promoting a versatile workforce that can adapt to changing
demands and fill multiple roles as needed
Held daily and weekly meetings with client managers and supervisors
to prioritize critical tasks and align processes with business
requirements.
Conducting one-on-one meetings with team members, offering
constructive feedback, facilitating discussions on challenges, and
documenting actionable resolutions in alignment with company
policies and procedures.
Updating tickets on client queries/issues on ticketing platforms for
billing purposes and tracking escalations.
Bank Statement reconciliation
Creation/Updating of SOPs in a timely manner.
Train the new joiners.
Required skills and qualifications
Good team management skills
Time management skills and detail orientation.
Experience with accounting software like Workday, Concur etc. and
online platforms would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Ready to work in Night shift
