Legal Associate

Candidate is required for following output.

• Immediate process of stamp duty calculation and vendor coordination for purchase of stamp papers of NB, Renewal, EV station, ownership change, and partners contract.
• Coordinate with EV team and advocate to verification of legal documents and arrange to prepare TC and lease agreement.
• Verify basic title document for SP process on time and verification of document during hard file submission.
• Coordination with Acquisition Team, owners & Advocate for daily Lease Registration coordination.
• Maintain data and Management with Storage Agency for maintaining more than 10,000 files.
• Management of uploading scanning files in Company portal.

Type of Experience required

• Graduate or LLB with good command on Excel and MIS work
• Good knowledge of Excel, word and data management
• Uploading data in various company portal.
• Basic knowledge of legal documents
• Have knowledge of prepare presentation in PPT
• Basic Drafting knowledge for routing mail communication
