Legal Associate

Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented entry-level lawyer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide legal guidance on estate planning and inheritance matters. From consultations to document drafting and registrations, you'll play a key part in helping families secure their future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations to understand their estate planning and inheritance needs.
• Provide legal advice and solutions in alignment with Indian laws.
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth progress on cases and address their queries.
• Draft legal documents such as Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Trust Deeds.
• Oversee and assist in the registration of documents with relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB)
• 03 years of experience in legal practice (freshers are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the estate planning domain.
