Agreements, Distributor Agreements, Employee Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Service Provider Agreements, Commercial Agreements, Supplier Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Minutes of Meetings, various kinds of Letters and Legal Notices...

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and executing Legal Agreements/Documents like Clinical Agreements, Distributor Agreements, Employee Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Service Provider Agreements, Commercial Agreements, Supplier Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Minutes of Meetings, various kinds of Letters and Legal Notices.
• Handling or monitoring litigation procedures for the Company. Examining documents and agreements to find shortcomings, if any.
• Interpretation of various applicable laws.
• Perform applicable compliances of FEMA.
• To provide legal advice as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 1-3 years of work experience as a Commercial Lawyer in a reputed Law firm or the Legal industry
• Holding a valid certification and State license to practice law is preferable
• Complete understanding of the State and Federal laws and regulations
• Ability to conduct extensive research and have a detail-oriented approach
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Highly motivated and reliable individual
• Ability to make sound judgments
• Ability to handle stressful situations and perform under pressure
