About the Job:

Location : Gurgaon

Purpose of the Role :

- Drive the growth and success of our firm by strategically identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier and diverse talent (both lateral and campus)

Key Responsibilities :

- Talent Acquisition Lead (5-8 Years)

- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies

- Utilize diverse sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, campus) to identify and engage high-quality candidates

- Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition specialists, providing guidance,

feedback, and support in executing recruitment activities and fostering their

professional development

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and using data insights to optimize strategies

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously

refining our recruitment strategies and processes

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable institution (preferably tier 1 or 2) with 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or campus recruitment, ideally in technology or consulting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders, and experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and maintain meticulous attention to detail

- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, with a passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
