Role & responsibilities :-
1) Candidate should be okay with intercity travel basis workload & center operational days.
2) Executing client checkups at Multiple centers as per packages & correct product delivery. Co-ordination with Hospital staff, maintaining cordial relation with hospital employees and doctors 3) Maintain good relations with Hospital to ensure Indus checkups get done smoothly
4) Providing good service to our clients
5) Assisting Indus clients at the centers, guiding them through the check up routines
6) Always be attentive and curtail errors in checkups before hand
7) Taking care of operational requirements (reports & records)
8)Taking Care of Corporate Client's as well co ordinate with Corporate Center's.
9) Operations related tasks - inventory management & adequate use of material allotted by company.
10) Maintaining and sending reports to relevant HODs as per set protocol or at times customized reports on need basis.
11) IPD,OPD authentication
12) IPD Visits to be given to the patients (Medical as well as customer care round)
13) Coordination with the hospital billing staff for bills
14) Coordination with hospital for early revert on medical / technical queries raised by Indus doctors
15) Explanation of the billings break up (Indus payable & patient payable details to the client)
16) Collecting the necessary documents from the client during premium hospitalization
17) Have to handle Multiple Center.
