Job Description
- Business Insights: Help to shape decisions and outcomes with deep financial insights and help to define what success metrics are required for growing businesses as we move them to scale and drive consistency in how we measure and look at our business and opportunity.
- Research and build deep competitive insights, analyze internal and external data to inform competitive position and drive growth actions.
- Collaborate on business transactions on NPD and existing deals for pricing reviews, rate card,s and deal profitability
- Preparation of Cost cards, understanding of Route to Market (RTMs), Excise Policies, Duty structure, and Taxes across all Pan India States
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing pricing and look out for avenues for building portfolios across different states
- Maintaining and updating the pricing history database for the entire portfolio along with the competitor analysis database
- Managing and driving innovation and transformation projects along with change management with internal and external stakeholders.
- An experience within the liquor industry is mandatory with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience.
- Must have hands-on experience in the preparation of Cost Cards and exposure to understanding of Excise Policies.
- Knowledge of excise and tax regulations across Pan India State.
