Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager - Corporate Banking

Qualifications: CA/CMA with minimum of 6-8 Years of Experience in Corporate Banking/Financing.

Key Responsibilities:

Banking Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, serving as the primary point of contact for all banking matters.

Working Capital Management: Oversee our working capital needs, ensuring we have adequate liquidity to support daily operations, manage cash flows, and optimize working capital cycles.

Debt Financing: Evaluate and secure appropriate debt financing, including revolving credit facilities, to fund expansion, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.

Credit Facilities: Manage and negotiate credit facilities, ensuring compliance with covenants and terms, and exploring opportunities for refinancing or restructuring when advantageous.

Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with our banking relationships, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and liquidity risk.

Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting to banks, monitoring compliance with financial covenants and regulatory requirements.

Treasury Management: Manage treasury functions, including cash management, investment strategies, and foreign exchange transactions.

CMA / Financial Modelling: Develop CMA / financial models to evaluate the impact of various financing options on our financial performance and long-term sustainability.

Documentation and Compliance: Managing Pre & Post compliances to Loan documentation.

Due Diligence: Provide including due diligence, integration, viability and financing strategies for bidding and execution of project. Very strong in financial model, knowledge of banking products, credit analysis etc.

Outside Stake holders: Dealing with TEV consultants& Credit rating Agencies and any other stakeholder for that matter.

Insurance: Dealing for required Project Insurance.

MIS: Prepare/Monitor/Review of required MIS for internally & externally.Role & responsibilities
