Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cash flow management to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and planned capital expenditures.
Maintain efficient working capital management, ensuring funds are allocated optimally to meet operational demands.
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including the negotiation of credit lines, loan facilities, and other financial products.
Regularly review bank fees and charges to ensure cost-effective services.
Monitor and manage companys debt portfolio, including monitoring interest rate movements and managing refinancing activities.
Oversee loan repayment schedules and ensure timely servicing of debt.
Develop and oversee short-term and long-term investment strategies for surplus cash management.
Prepare and present regular treasury reports to senior management, providing insight into liquidity, risk positions, and performance against key financial metrics.
Education & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required). Masters degree in Finance or an MBA is an advantage.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in treasury management or finance, preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry.
