Role & responsibilities

Working Capital Management: Manage fund-based and non-fund-based working capital requirements. Optimize the working capital cycle by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Oversee cash flow planning, forecasting, and liquidity management.

Overview and responsible for Issuance/extension of Bank Guarantee (within TAT). Reviewing underlying documents and clauses from Legal perspective ensure the completion. Co-ordinating with business, Treasury and Banks personnel for any query related to BG and its invocation and Disputed BG. Preparation of documents for Import/Export & payments.

Forex Management: Develop and execute forex strategies to minimize exchange rate risks. Monitor foreign exchange exposures and execute hedging as required. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and FEMA regulations.

Audit Management: Manage all audit activities, including bank audits. Liaise with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders to provide necessary documentation and resolve queries.

Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and manage CMA Reports, Notes to Accounts, schedule for Accounting purpose and related party transactions. Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to banks, regulators, and stakeholders.

Banking & Fundraising Activities: Partner with business units to manage the renewal of working capital limits and establish new facilities. Lead fundraising activities, including negotiations with financial institutions and lenders. Evaluate and structure financial solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Debt Compliance: Ensure all debt-related compliances, including covenants and reporting requirements are met. Monitor debt schedules and repayment obligations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in preparing financial models, CMA reports, and regulatory filings. Hands-on experience with forex tools, debt instruments, and banking platforms.

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (RBI, FEMA, Companies Act).
