Tender Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and monitor tender opportunities through various channels.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents within stipulated deadlines.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, finance, legal) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all tender activities and documentation.
• Prepare and present tender strategy analysis to facilitate coordination between departments.
• Support the negotiation process and prepare negotiation packages for customers.
• Track and follow up on submitted tenders and provide regular updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification in tender management or procurement is advantageous.
