GEM Tender Executive

Role and Responsibility:

• GEM Portal Operations includes -
• Actively search for new tenders through Govt. portals/GeM Portals/Tender Platforms for new business.
• To study the tender document and confirm the key points /clauses of tender and eligibility clauses etc.
• Submission of making bid proposals & required documentation within the deadlines.
• Make the response document for EOI/RFP-Tender document.
• End-to-end management of the bids, Proposals submission, and award submissions.
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
• Contribution to cost and price calculations.
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjusting them to the frameworks given by the customers.
• Track the IT/ Manpower/Governance sector in India, in terms of new projects, new technologies, etc.
• Evaluates and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the departments sale.
• Responsible for Technical demonstration/presentation during the technical evaluation process.
• Attending meetings to get clarification on commercial and technical issues.
• Responsible for managing the process flow of bid documents and communication with stakeholders including Sales/Account teams, Legal, Finance, HR, Compliance, Technical Team, management, etc.
• Understanding and coordinating with clients’ needs/ enhancements/ customization.
• Responsible for maintaining good relationships with internal and external business partners.
