Urgent Opening _ Sr. Accounts Executive/ Assistant Manager _ Marketing accounting Role

Preferred candidate profile :-

Job Profile (Sales & Marketing Accounting, )

ALL TYPE OF CREDIT NOTE, DEBIT NOTE MRV CREDIT NOTE WITH IRN GENRATE AND GENRAL VOUCHER SETTLE, POSTING, INVENTORY STOCK & FOLLOW UP FOR PAYMENT TO OVERDUE PARTIES.

Maintaining Accounts of all parties

• Payments follow up with overdue outstanding Parties .
• Blank Cheque maintaining code wise correction.
• Closed parties AOC sent to branch for concern person.
• Preparation of letters for overdue parties.
• Making report as per instruction by Senior and Management
• Preparation of Legal parties files for Legal proceeding.
• Balance confirmation attached
• Coordinate with Branches to update freight in SAP.
• If freight not updated in SAP as per policy we give instruction to Branches to update properly.
• Freight credit notes.
• Covering letter to send freight credit note to branches.
• Before making Interest Debit Notes settle all parties accounts.
• Create Interest Debit notes in SAP.
• After creating check is it making as per policy
• Interest Debit Notes through SAP.
• Covering letter to send Interest Debit notes to branches.
• Maintaining of Account confirmation file
• Settle all party's accounts with FIFO method.
• Updated cash discount slab in SAP as per policy.
• Create cash discount in SAP.
• After creating cash discount we check from interest calculation report manual.
• Generate and post cash discount
• Cross check short & excess report
• Evaluate short & excess stock and taken approval from management
• Update short & excess report in SAP.

Any other task as the business requirements.
