Role & responsibilities

• TDS Calculation: Calculate TDS for all employees, including Full and Final Settlement for departing employees and new joiners.

• Salary Processing: Salary Checking, Posting & Process for payment to Head Office.

• Salary Reconciliation: Reconcile and rectify General Ledger related to salaries.

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile Salary Payable, PF/PT & LWF Payable, Other Deductions, Loans and Advances, Bonus, and LTA Liabilities.

• Physical Verification: Conduct physical verification of RM & PM Stores/Production and prepare comprehensive reports.

• Sales Reporting: Prepare summarized sales reports and budget vs. actual analysis.

• Expense Preparation: Compile and prepare detailed expense reports.

• Liability Provisions: Provide provisions against liabilities received from HR and Maintenance Departments.

• OSL Management: Prepare, check, and reconcile OSL.

• Insurance Management: Prepare, check, and reconcile insurance details.

• Prepaid Expenses Statement: Prepare statements of prepaid expenses and transfer to respective General Ledgers.

• Service Invoice Processing: Process service invoices in a timely manner.

• Export Freight Invoices: Process export freight invoices efficiently.

• Sales Invoice Preparation: Prepare sale invoices and E-way bills, ensuring compliance with SEZ regulations, including customs clearance and e-seal data.

• Debit/Credit Note Preparation: Prepare debit and credit notes for duty payments.

• Bonus and Ex-Gratia Statements: Prepare statements for bonus and ex-gratia payments.
