Job Description
Industrial Automation and PLC Expertise:
-
- Extensive experience in industrial automation, including CNC machine commissioning for Siemens and Fanuc controllers.
- Proficient in PLC programming, particularly Siemens LOGO, S7-200/300/1200/1500 series, and HMI design using WinCC Flexible and TIA Portal.
- Communication and Drive Programming:
- Skilled in communication protocols like PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and RS-232.
- Expertise in servo drive programming software, encompassing Siemens Master Drives, Sinamics S110/S120, VFD-Micromaster, Sinamics G120/G110, and more.
- Project Commissioning and Optimization:
- Successfully commissioned Siemens CNC controllers (828D, 808D, etc.) and Fanuc controllers.
- Proficient in project completion involving automation and control systems, process optimization, and sequencing guidelines for manufacturing.
- Technical Skills and Implementation:
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings, ensuring safety and functionality.
- Proficient in programming machines based on customer requirements and collaborating with mechanical teams.
- Experience in the erection and commissioning machines at customer sites, focusing on connectivity solutions and OT architecture.
